Our founder, Filip Zimnoch, developed his interest in construction when he was just 14 years old, by spending weekends with a local building company in Surrey. He learnt and honed his skills working alongside industry professionals and now has his own construction company.
Filip quickly understood the importance of building a highly skilled team to support Zimno Construction. With over 28 years’ experience in domestic, residential, and commercial construction projects, our team’s skills and knowledge allow us to handle every aspect, from design to completion (and is reflected in the testimonials we receive from clients).

Our estimates and work schedules are designed to provide peace of mind and transparency for you. That’s why they are packed with all the details you’ll need to understand precisely how your project will be delivered.
This includes a complete breakdown of costs, from materials to labour, to help you with budgeting and understanding how costs are applied.
We provide regular updates as your project progresses (which can include weekly meetings if you want them), so you are always kept up to date and can ask questions at every stage. Builders Addlestone
24/7 Support
During your project, our team are available 24/7 to deal with any questions you may have. For your peace of mind, we operate an emergency support service too, so if an emergency occurs during your project, we will attend the site to resolve it (without any additional cost to you).
On site reviews
Once a project is underway, if we discover any issues with the site, we will always discuss this with you. If any remedial work is required, we will tell you precisely what is needed, advise you on any associated costs involved, and provide you with whatever time you need to check the facts and obtain a second opinion if you wish to do so.
Transparency and trust are especially important to us, so we will never undertake any additional work unless you are completely happy with a revised site assessment.
Public Liability Insurance
We take our responsibilities very seriously and are covered for up to £2 Million in Public Liability Insurance. If you wish to see our Insurance Certification at any stage, we are happy to provide copies for your reference. We can also extend our Public Liability Insurance, where required, for larger projects.
